For this purpose, an agreement based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) has been concluded.

Members and Donators

If you are a member of our association, we process your name, address and e-mail address as well as your bank details in connection with the payment of the membership fee. We collect the same data from donors. The legal basis for this is the membership and donation relationship. Furthermore, it is our legal obligation to keep records of members and donors. We keep data on donations and payments for 10 years; membership data up to 10 years after termination of membership.
